I haven’t posted in awhile again but been on the forums and found an interesting thread posted by a guy with motor problems. While the original post seems to be more of a dealer issue, the sentiment in many of the posts seems to indicate Audi has a customer service problem, yeah they make a great product but it is problematic with no support.
