My Audi Warranty Battle

My 2005 Audi 4.2 B6 S4 Quattro started using oil at 41,000kms, the problem was diagnosed at 80,700kms. After my engine was removed Audi denied warranty claiming the car was "out of warranty", and told me I was responsible for re-assembly charges. The car was broken into at the dealer while I waited for Audi’s response, and to that I was told “sorry, but that is not our responsibility”. 23-May-2009 Some Pictures

Here are some pictures of my car as it sits for the last 7 weeks. My dealer has been fantastic and very helpful, after my discussion with Audi yesterday it seems that it's me and the dealer against Audi. The comments on the phone about "missed opportunities" and "not normally throwing dealers under the bus" cover it perfectly. If someone could tell me what "missed opportunities" mean I would really appreciate it.
